As soon as you make a call or answer an incoming call, TeamGrid automatically opens the call window.
If you receive a call or dial a phone number, TeamGrid automatically checks whether there is already a contact for this phone number in your TeamGrid address book. If this is the case, TeamGrid directly displays the name of the caller and automatically books the phone time to this contact. If the phone number is unknown (i.e. not yet assigned to a contact), you can select a contact that has already been created in TeamGrid from the call window and thus assign the phone number to the person or create a new contact.
In the conversation window, you can also select a project to talk about with the person you are talking to. The telephone time spent on this call is then posted to the project.
The conversation window also shows you the last conversation notes and offers you the possibility to enter new conversation notes.
